Cape Coral Commercial Real Estate plan approved
At yesterday's town hall meeting, the vote was passed 5-2 to approve the commercial development partcel at Burnt Store Road and Van Buren Parkway as a Commercial Activity Center.
In the recent three years, we've seen Cape Coral's population grow by nearly 8% bringing it up to over 155,000 full time residents.
That doesn't count the nearly 80,000 additional "snowbirds" who descend on Cape Coral during the winter to vacation here.
