US Dept of Commerce Real Estate Data
The US Dept of Commerce released it's quarterly Housing report yesterday.
This spelled good news for current real estate owners and investors in
Cape Coral, Florida and abroad.
Because housing starts are up 5% to 1,957,000 units!
